Our Hiring Process
- Stage 1
Interview with our internal Talent team - 30 mins
If your application is successful, we’ll invite you to a first stage interview with our Talent Acquisition Business Partner, who will conduct a first round screening call and guide you through the next steps in the process.
- Stage 2
Interview with hiring panel - 1 hour
If you are successful at the first stage, you will be invited to a second stage interview with our internal hiring panel. This will give you the opportunity to meet key stakeholders from the business, gain a deeper understanding of the role, and demonstrate your skills and experience in more detail.
- Stage 3
Hiring panel interview & presentation task - 1 hour
If you are successful at the second stage, you will be invited to a third stage interview with our hiring panel. As part of this stage, you will also be asked to complete a short presentation task, giving you the opportunity to showcase your knowledge, skills, and approach to the role.
